"I had the LASIK surgery performed on both of my eyes by Dr. Keller on January 19, 2000. The education and preparation beforehand was excellent. The actual procedure was performed in an immaculate surgery center with state-of-the-art equipment and personnel.
I was completely comfortable throughout the procedure and that evening. The next morning I went back to my regular work schedule. My vision was immediately better than I had ever experienced with contact lenses or glasses. Colors and images seemed more vibrant and the freedom from lenses was exhilarating. During the first week, I experienced some eye dryness, which I was told to expect and which was alleviated with eye drops. At my one-week visit, my vision was about 20:15.
